Pomegranate Gummies ❀️ Get your microbes danci Pomegranate Gummies ❀️ Get your microbes dancing πŸ’ƒπŸΌ 

Pomegranate is a wonderful food for the gut due to supporting the growth of Bifidobacterium spp and Lactobacillus spp whilst minimsing harmful bacteria in the gut.

They taste delicious and made with gelatin they have the amino acid needed for the gut lining plus an additional hit of protein ❀️

Swap out pomegranate for any juice you like, orange 🍊 and lemon πŸ‹ are great winter ones or even tart cherry πŸ’ for its melatonin to help with sleep 😴

πŸ“Œ2 cups pomegranate juice
πŸ“ŒHeat on low in a saucepan 
πŸ“ŒAdd 1tbsp of natural gelatin at a time until dissolved while stirring (8tbsp in total)
πŸ“ŒOnce all dissolved, pour into silicon ice cube trays.
πŸ“ŒFreeze for 30 mins then place in airtight container in the fridge
