Doing healthy things isn’t always easy. One thing Doing healthy things isn’t always easy.

One thing I often hear is, “It’s easy for you because you love exercising.” Honestly? Not always 😂

There are plenty of days I don’t feel like running, strength training or preparing a healthy meal. But I know that I don’t have to enjoy every part of the process to enjoy the benefits. Sometimes the journey can suck.

The same is true for so many healthy habits.

🥣 Eating breakfast with protein & fibre.
💧 Drinking enough water.
🥗 Planning meals ahead.
🚶 Going for a walk instead of scrolling or staring at the tv.

They don’t have to feel easy all the time.

Long term change is sometimes doing things when every ounce of you doesn’t feel like it.

If you find healthy habits challenging, welcome to being a human.
