A workshop for women in peri-menopause / menopause / midlife (whatever age that is) to learn that food is not your enemy nor is your body and there are ways to support your body in this season of life. Your guides are Alethea Mills and Keri Krieger, two women in their late 40s who are determined to change the narrative around aging and the stigma around midlife.

Topics we cover: What is perimenopause? Key symptoms, Nutrition, Fasting, Importance of Sleep, Stress & Management and Ideal Movement.

Who is it for: Women 35+, Women experiencing changes in symptoms, whether you know what perimenopause is or have never even heard the word, even if you think menopause is just something your mother went through.

Doing healthy things isn’t always easy. One thing Doing healthy things isn’t always easy.

One thing I often hear is, “It’s easy for you because you love exercising.” Honestly? Not always 😂

There are plenty of days I don’t feel like running, strength training or preparing a healthy meal. But I know that I don’t have to enjoy every part of the process to enjoy the benefits. Sometimes the journey can suck.

The same is true for so many healthy habits.

🥣 Eating breakfast with protein & fibre.
💧 Drinking enough water.
🥗 Planning meals ahead.
🚶 Going for a walk instead of scrolling or staring at the tv.

They don’t have to feel easy all the time.

Long term change is sometimes doing things when every ounce of you doesn’t feel like it.
