Personalised meal plans are created for a seven day period after gaining personal information including any allergies, food intolerances and preferences.

The meal plans include a range of fresh, delicious and easy to prepare recipes with a handy shopping list all prepared for you. Recipes can be used to create your own meal plans in the future!

This young girl wanted firstly to be a “gymlastic” as I loved @comaneci10 🤸🏼 then decided a bank teller (thought they kept the money), then a police officer (because I could “help the robbers get money”) - seemed to be a theme 😬

After two decades in hospitality and hotel management I started studying Bachelor of Health Science in Nutrition & Dietetics. Graduated at 45yrs of age and have now been practicing in my own business for 6 years 🤯

It starts somewhere and it’s never too late to start. Your fitness, your health, your growth, your career 🤍
Never have I ever regretted picking up weights, al Never have I ever regretted picking up weights, although it took me a while to gain confidence to lift heavier. My head still gets in the way with squats 😬

I’ve had some amazing guidance over the years and can’t recommend enough finding yourself a quality trainer and programming.

I wanted to focus on strength for running, climbing hills, intentional sessions and ensuring as each year I gain from my 51years I’m building a strong body that will be active, mobile and strong in my 80s 💥 

I’ve seen the strength and balance in my mum change dramatically in her 70s, it’s never too late to start.

A little sneak peek of something very special comi A little sneak peek of something very special coming to the Gold Coast wellness scene 🌿✨

Yesterday I was lucky enough to trial a beautiful new concept called The Valley Gathering , a small group wellness retreat experience in the trees of Tallebudgera Valley.

The day was everything you want from a reset:
🧘‍♀️ Yoga overlooking the valley
💧 Magnesium pool + spa
🔔Sound healing
🥗 A delicious four-course health focused lunch prepared in a private kitchen and dining space

Groups are capped at just 8 and what makes the idea so great is you can design your own day with friends whether that’s: 

🧘 Yoga or sculpting classes
👙 Pool, spa + outdoor shower time
🥗 Long lunches and connection
💕Sound healing
🌳 Or simply a peaceful day in nature

Even a nutrition education day by me with lunch by @chefkateoberholzer 😉

Do you think about where your food comes from? 🤔 

The quality of what we eat will impact our health, how we feel and who we are supporting financially with our hard earned dollars 💸 

After being vegetarian for over a decade it was an important part of my shift back to being an omnivore that the quality of food I was consuming was good.

We fill our chest freezer with local seafood and seafood from @butcher_crowd for the wild caught salmon - if you’ve never had wild caught, please try it, you will never go back! 

We buy our beef from a local farmer who raises and feeds cattle in a manner that I am comfortable with and I much prefer I can financially support a local farmer directly than a supermarket. And it is waayyy cheaper!

We buy our eggs, chicken and any meat too ups or liver from @goldcoastorganicmeats and @firmnfresh 🥚
